I disagree with the notion that CPAP is a cure for apnea. To my mind, we are floating in the ocean. CPAP is like a lifevest, not a rescue ship. We should be thankful for CPAP, but not satsified. We should push for more.

As for the notion that we are in this because of obesity (or gluttony), I also disagree. I am not obese. I was a mountain climber until last year. Yes, weight is a factor, but not the only one.
