Nasal pillows. These are little, very soft rubber thingies that actually sit in your nostrils that are fitted to the headgear. You'll look like an extra from "Gladiator", but for me it does the trick. IMO a humidifier attachment is a must - warms the air besides moistening it - without it I got an ulcer on my nasal septum that was no joke.
