Can CPAP eliminate jolts/awakenings

Posted by Questforsleep on February 07, 2006 at 01:23:57:

I am using CPAP. The efficacy data looks good on paper. It says my AHI is 1.0 or so, and Apnea index (AI) is 0.0. Nevertheless, I get these jolts, and I also wake up about 10 times per night. Is this as good as it gets, or can I do something to improve CPAP?
