There's not enough information here to give an answer.
• How long have you been using CPAP?
• What is your prescription (I.E. pressure), and how long ago were you tested?
• How may "jolts" did you get per night before CPAP?
• Are you using a heated humidifier?
• Is every night the same, or are some worse than others?
• Has your CPAP machine been tested recently?
• Has anything changed since you started using CPAP?
• Are you using a humidifier? If so, is it heated or passive (if you need to plug it in it is heated, otherwise it is passive).
