Thanks for your reply. Here is my info:
-been on CPAP for about 8 months.
My prescription is for 4-20 cms (I have a RESMED S8 Spirit Autopap),
I have set it to 14.8 cms.
I was tested about 8 months ago.
Some nights, I get many jolts. For example one every half hour. Other nights I get less of them, such as one every couple of hours.
Before CPAP I was gasping and had a similar number of jolts, possibly slightly more.
I am using the humidifier that goes with the S8 Spirit.
