What are the specific complaints with the Breeze?
Have you tried a different size pillow?
How long have you tried the Breeze?

The issue of pillow comfort may be a matter of time till your brain adapts to the strangers in your nares.
I would guestimate this would be at least 2 weeks- maybe less.
The Breeze can be a bit challenging to adjust. Some just seem to not have the nack to do it.
