Lean on the insurance. Many DME will dispense an APAP, even if written for a CPAP.
One online dme will dispense an AP with rx for cpap and bill your insurance for you.

There is only one billing code for PAP.
Insist on APAP.
At the most , they may insist you pay the difference, which is not much,

Do some searching and find the difference in price. It is not all that much.
Do not let them BS you with inflated prices. prices.
