I think it would be well worth spending a few dollars to call in a computer specialist to get your software working for you, or if you have a Best Buy in your area, take it to them and explain your problem. You're working blind, as you probably already know, and the info you can get from your autopap is invaluable. Do not give up. Do not settle. Good luck.
