Is CPAP better with dental device

I would like to know if anybody has tried a combination of CPAP plus dental device. I am having a hard time with CPAP and still experience shortness of breath at night. I wonder if I was to wear a dental device in addition to CPAP if I would have a better result. Anybody tried this?
