Well, I took the Goodknight machine back and swapped it for the new Respironics machine, and I am very pleased. The new Reperonics makes no noise, and dosent have that "new smell", which was overpowering on the Gknight unit. I imagine the smaller unit would have traveled better, but the Resperonics also comes with a bag, and after everything is packed away, it dosent take up that much more space.
