You definitely need to have your pressure checked. I have read that with any weight change of more than 10 lbs. you should get rechecked. This can be done with an overnight study or with using an autopap for about a week. My sleep center loaned me an autopap for a week and downloaded the computer readings to check my pressure.

Many people on this forum have written that they need their pressure changed after a few months of using cpap. Your sleep center will know if your insurance will cover another titration.

Any time you feel worse you should get rechecked.

Congrats on the weight loss! Best of luck with the next 30!
