First, check that your CPAP machine is putting out the prescribed pressure, and that there are no leaks. It's not the most likely problem, but it's easy to check.

Next, speak to the doctor who put you on CPAP. He may want to change your prescription without doing a test. If you lose weight, you might need a lower prescription. However, after a few months, some CPAP users need an increase in pressure.
