I use a full length body pillow to add extra support to the bottom of my mask when I need it. You can lie on your back, and let the pillow rest on top of you, then slide it up under your chin and let it hold your head up for you. When you are on your side, put it between your legs, wrap your arms around it, and slide it up or down to adjust the pressure on your mask. Its easy, and comfortable.
