Finding the right mask can be a chore, but it is important so that you don't get frustrated and give up. Also more then one mask type is not so bad an idea, I have a nasal and a full face for when my sinus are to blocked (bad allergies)to use the nasal mask. I sometime have to change in the middle of the night. also memory foam pillows are great, help to keep me in one position and stay comfortable. My full face mask will leak often when I go to my side, and takes some adjusting. But when its all said and done. sleeping with cpap is better then not. Even if you still wake up a few times to re-adjust, you more then likely will have had some good sleep in there. If your sleep study results are showing you have an apnea 40-50 times an hour or something similar. 2 or 3 times to adjust mask can hardly compare. Plus all the add issues of low oxegen and what that will do to you. Work with it and figure out whats comfortable, and if nasal pillows is better for you, or a different style mask. there are so many avalible I am willing to bet you can find a good one. problem often is our medical suppliers show us one or two, and we just take them. when it comes to a good mask shop around a bit, best if you can try before buy. This is a continuious learning experience for all of us, as new things come out, or someone comes up with a good tip, can help us all.
