Thanks, Santasnore. You’re experience is similar to mine. However, from what I’ve read it’s not the majority experience. Perhaps that’s because I’m reading this forum, and those who have problems are more likely to post.

In my case, I can’t even say that I’d forgotten the value of a good night’s sleep; I’d never known it in the first place!

Anyhow, most do get some relief from CPAP, though it may not be noticeable at first. Even those who don’t feel fatigued or sleep in the first place will benefit from CPAP. The health risks of untreated SA cannot be ignored!
