Do you feel rested immediately when you wake in the morning? Sounds like you may be hyper-ventilating during the day due to improper pressure from the CPAP at night(just my guess). Anxiety attacks due to hyper-ventilation can be eased by breathing into a paper bag for 3 big breathes. That can allow your body to catch up (or slow down) with the breathing.

You may need a CPAP machine like a C-Flex from Respironics. That can ease the pressure a bit and still provide proper therapy.

This advice is mostly a guess to what is going on. As per your own statement, the problem seems related to CPAP.
