Thanks for your reply , I wake up and feel awake
but feel tense .When I first started cpap in November 05, my wife commented that I slept on my back with my arms on my chest in a very tense position . I now sleep on my side .As a generalisation most days that I experience the anxiety attacks they occur in the morning and reduce in intensity during the day and I feel good in the evening .If it is hyper- ventilation then should I talk to my sleep lab about reducing the pressure , I have an F&P machine .
