I don't know whether you need a pressure adjustment my friend, but it could explain your symptoms if your pressure was too high for you. If you see yourself being on CPAP long term (like most of us see ourselves) I would strongly suggest investing in a auto-adjusting CPAP machine that will keep your pressure adjusted according to your needs on each night. Pressure titrating in the sleep lab is the best that they can offer, but one pressure on one night's study is sometimes not good enough to keep up with your body's changing needs over longer and shorter terms, depending on the circumstances.
