On the wieght gain, I did gain a little because before the cpap, I was kind of like a zombie and my appitiete was lower, refreshed I now like to eat breakfast, and also I found my appietite was more, and a side benifit is the cpap has improved my sense of smell which was almost none existant. I am walking around and smelling things like food. So I ate more, but it is possible not to do that and like many there is more energy for things like exercise. I think there is a better chance of lossing then gaining. If you stay on a diet and exerise I am sure you will probably lose weight
