I spoke with the technician at the sleep lab yesterday and they suggested increasing pressure from 13 to 14 first ,then if not sucessful decrease 1 unit .I a woke during the night struggling to breath comfortably . Slept without mask and had several vivid ,coloured dreams .
Will try dropping to 12 tonight .
