I was recently diagnosed with sleep apnea and just started using a CPAP/C-FLEX machine about 3 weeks ago. I've been pretty successful using it for about 6+ hours a night, 5 nights a week. This coincided with starting a workout program with the support of my doctor.
But, over the last week or so I feel like I'm having breathing problems during the day. Thinking more about it, I feel very anxious and not really "shortness" of breath, more like "shallow" breath. It's really bothering me to the point of feeling distracted and bordering on shaky.I don't think I've ever had issues with panic/anxiety attacks in the past. Work is stressful (whose isn't?), but no change vs. last month or last year. I start to feel better as the day goes on and I feel better in the evening.
Is this possibly related to my CPAP? Thanks is advance for your help!
