Help! I'm recently diagnosed w/sleep apnea, & it turns out I'm unable to use CPAP/Bipap because I totally freaked out when they turned on the hose. I'm also dental-phobic (can't even get my teeth cleaned unless I'm under general anesthesia), so the ever-popular "dental appliances" are out, too.

What else is there?
