what makes you phobic? the feeling of the air? the mask? the concept? if its the air. the auto ramping should help it turn it on a little at a time gradully getting to your required setting. if its the mask, look on-line so many to choose from, some very small like the sleepNet IQ or phantom, or nasal pillows as option. you may try working it in small doses. wearing mask for a while without air on. for a while with air on. work up getting used to it. Its like a lot of things that are different takes time. I can't go to sleep with out the mask and air on now. its like a security blanket, cept it fits over my nose. This is not a one try, pass or fail thing, its a matter of finding whats right for you, and getting comfortable with it.
