You need to be on CPAP 7 nights a week for the whole night's sleep. I hope that you will work up to that level or else you'll feel less than normal on the days after the nights you don't use it or don't use it for the full night.

The CPAP machines with C-flex are dang good machines. Why don't you try using the C-flex option at a different level? If you are at setting '1' or '2', try setting '3'. If you are at setting '3', move down to setting '1' or '2' just to see if there is any change in this anxiety thing?

I would think your main concern at this point is working your way up to a full night, 7 nights a week. Good Luck with that.
