well it sound like you have been through a lot, and it maybe that you don't have sleep apnea, if thats that case then you got nothing to worry about. You need to make some lifestyle changes so that you can get the normal sleep you got in OCt- NOv. However, if the sleep study showed you stoped breathing, your oxygen leave went down, you did not enter into REM sleep, then maybe there is some evidence to say you have it, I don't know, its your sleep study, did the doctor go over the results with you? If he does not have data to back up the diagnosis then I would not use him as my doctor, or at least ask for a second opinion. If you do have sleep apnea, then ignoring it is not wise either. I sounds like you have serious anxieties, that require professional help to work through. phobias and fears can be overcome, they don't have to cripple you. If you have already been through all those treatments for cancer a believe you have a strong will, and a lot of courage, asests in overcoming these phobias. I will hope and pray that you can find the answers you need, so that you can get the rest you need.
