I guess my only question would be, why did you start your initial post with "Help!? Your follow-up post indicates to me that whatever led you to author that first post, it wasn't really a request for help. I have a serious case of sleep apnea. I truly believe I might be dead by now without the CPAP machine. Nights are agonizing for me without the machine. So, when someone asks for help, we take the request seriously and do the best we can to share our experiences, because we know how difficult it is for many folks to adjust to CPAP treatment. I wish you the best, and especially hope the treatments for the cancer work out well for you.
