My recommended pressure after a sleep study was 14 cm/H2O.
I purchased a Remstar AutoCPAP and now have 7 months data.
Interesting to note that I never reached 14 cm/H2O !!
Results as follows:
Auto-CPAP Mean Pressure = 6.8 cm/H2O
Auto-CPAP Peak Average Pressure = 12.9 cm/H2O
Average devise Pressure <= 9.3 cm/H2O

Must also add that still not feeling any improvement after starting CPAP therapy 7 months ago.
