Don't you have a sleep specialist to interpret this for you?

Most likely no one on this forum is qualified to tell you as much as a sleep specialist.

However, on a high level, you seem to have moderate-severe sleep apnea. Your amount of pure apneas is not high, but hypopneas (kind of a partial apnea) are pretty high. Oxygen sats get a bit low - should never go below 90% - this seems to be a red flag.

Your numbers pretty much dropped to insignificance once you went to the CPAP. This indicates that the CPAP will work to control your apnea.

Yes, you need to get on your CPAP. Again, where is your sleep doctor in all of this?
