I have the Resmed Autoset Spirit. It responds to reduction in airflow; it does not wait for apnea to take place. My air pressure adjusts upward without any apneas whatsoever taking place. I have separate charts correlating air pressure and apnea/hypopneas.

It looks like you had two apneas at a pressure of 9 and again at a pressure of 11, 0 apneas at 13. Why not set the lowest range at 9 and leave upper range alone? IMHO, 4 is way too low.
