'side effect'

I have used my CPAP for 4 nights now. It is on a rather high flo of 15-16.
I have started to feel somewhat 'dizzy' throughout the day. Could this be a 'side effect'?
I am also dieting, so I am wondering if it could have something to do with this - OR the cpap.
Just wondering if dizziness is common? Is there anything I can do about it?
Another thing - does a CPAP lower blood pressure? I am wondering if the problem could be that.
