The reality about being new to CPAP and having a high prescribed pressure is that you can have dizzy feelings, sore chest, and other problems related to the new therapy. The problems may go away in a few weeks or may still linger. No way to tell over the internet from person to person.

The good news is that there are higher technology machines available that can ease therapy and still provide treatment. Machines such as the Respironics machines with the C-Flex option or even a bi-pap. These kind of machines maintain the inhale pressure that is proper to stop apneas while relaxing exhale pressure. The difference in side affects between these higher tech machines and a straight CPAP can be like night and day.
