The required pressure varies from day to day. For that reason variable pressures are needed for all.

In my opinion ladies (that is ladies not laddies) are much more vulnerable than laddies. My analysis implies that in the last part of the luteal phase ladies develop sleep apnea because of increased airway resistance. Fluid retention, you know.

I am not a doctor, so what do I know.
