There is an Australian company that sells sleep apnea equipment, including a "heated CPAP tube." I know that a heated CPAP tube isn't what you're looking for, but if you google that, you should find them. They know their stuff and provide fantastic customer service, and you may find that by getting your equipment from them, you won't have to "wait and wait and wait" to get the SmartCard results. (I can't imagine why it should take so long.) Then you wouldn't need your own reader. On the other hand, if you want your own reader, they could probably sell you one. (Just for the record, I have no connection whatsover with them - I'm just a satisfied customer.)
