I think what she meant was that at certain pressures I started having more arousals and awakes, either due to more apneas or just the higher pressure itself. I don't know if it causes central apneas or not but I'll check with my doc and see what he says. I'll let you guys know when I get clarification on that one :-)

I do know that when she first gave me the mask I couldn't even put it on because it was like standing in front of a high powered fan! She turned it down as low as she said that certain machine would go and I basically just had to put the mask on and gulp it down, lol. I just assumed that she meant I didn't like a lot of air in my face or something. But I can see your point and will be sure to check on that. Thanks!
