An astute observation. I had an outbreak about 4 years ago, thought it was an acne, but dermatologist said it was rosacea. From time to time I have some breaking out on chin or cheeks. The CPAP contact doesn't help, even though likely not a direct cause. I get along pretty well with my Nasal Aire II.
The rosacea is a possibility worth checking out.
