Anyone tried contour head pillows ?

I've been seeing ads for "Oxygen Pillows" and other molded head pillows that claim to aline the spine and neck and open the airway "for a better night's sleep" and getting more oxygen to the brain. Has anyone tried these and do they help in any way as an addition to CPAP?
