Same thing happened to me and it took a long time to figure out what was happening.
I thought it was a pillow problem at first.

I took some pvc cement- the kind you repair or install lawn sprinkler pipes and very gently dippwd a toothpick into it and dribbled some along the seam and held it together.
Worked like a charm.
This will also work is small cracks, but not on clean breaks.
This takes more creative methods.
