Broken record

Posted by Alamo Joe on March 22, 2006 at 07:46:06:

I am beginning to sound like a broken record. I was researching one topic and in 'pops' multiple sclerosis. The symptoms include some stuff caused by OSA and suggests staying away from fatty foods and to eat lots of vegetables. To me that means that the fatty foods tend to clog the airway making OSA worse.

The patients have Crohn's disease, irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue, bladder and bowel problems, diabetes and premenstrual changes in symptoms. Of course no men on premenstrual.

When I started chasing OSA caused ailments in 1998, one of the best pieces of information was: "CPAP keeps my irritable bowel syndrome in remission, except for once a month."

There are some contradictions in the MS stuff. The most noticeable are the one about oral contraception. One says it reduces problems and another says "No help".

Question of the week: "Has CPAP been helpful to anyone with MS?" Any other comments are welcome.

I did submit one last week and am working on diabetes and inflammatory bowel disease.

About a month ago I realized that using 'menstrual' in my searchs helps out tremendously. (That 'once a month' stuff) Useful infomation pops up everywhere.

If you want to do MS, be my guest, but if nobody wants it I will get around to it one of these days.

Best to all
