You could have the early states of Diabetes. You need to have a doctor check your blood sugar and do a HC1a test. Signs of diabetes include spells of pounding heart, excess urination, sweating, confusion, pale skin etc., and if left unchecked can lead to unconsciousness/coma. Go see your doctor!!
