Sleep Apnea is generally – but not always – accompanied by loud and/or irregular snoring. You might also have dry mouth (upon awakening). You might experience sudden awakenings of which you are aware (usually, Sleep Apnea causes minor awakenings of which the sufferer is not aware).

The other symptoms are the general ones of being tired and sleepy all the time. High blood pressure and heart problems can also be indicative of Sleep Apnea, as well as the consequences of failing to treat it!
