If you took the on-site test and it indicates you may have sleep apnea, then that's a pretty strong indication you have sleep problems.

Some people have arranged to videotape themselves while sleeping to see and hear what happens during the night, i.e., whether you thrash around and come near waking without fully rousing from sleep, whether you stop breathing, whether you snore, and so on. Has your partner complained about your snoring or cessation of breathing? That's a real strong indicator.

In the meantime, there are many other things that can cause fatigue, including anemia, undiagnosed allergies, high caffeine intake, junk food diet, and low thyroid, to mention a few. 'Fairly healthy' seems to leave a lot of room for doubt. I think 'depression' is often used as a catchall diagnosis and it would be worth your while to do a lot of research. Good luck to you.
