My wife has complained that I cry out in my sleep or talk in my sleep fairly regularly. But her main complaint is that I thrash about.

Anemia is right out. I've had blood tests for it twice in the past three years since my doctors thought it was a possible problem. I avoid caffeine since it tends to trigger migraines. Although I eat junk food occassionally, it is by no means a staple in my diet; I am a vegetarian and have numerous vegetables, yogurt, and grains regularly in my diet. I rarely eat fried food (maybe once a week) and take multivitamins, zinc, and selenium daily (the zine and selenium were at the recommendation of one of my biochemistry professors).
