The prescription was written for 4 - do I have to send the
machine somewhere to get it changed assuming that the doctor
will increase the prescription pressure? I would think that he
wrote it for 4 because he thought that was all I needed.
However, after reading the warnings about re-breathing exhaled
air I can't figure why he'd want to do that. I've not tried a higher
pressure.

FYI, I'm female, 40's, about 30 lbs overweight, and have been
VERY tired for years. I feel like I crawl through the days and
can't remember the last time I felt refreshed or well rested. I'm
not complaining - just noting that even "mild" sleep apnea can
be quite a blow.
