I would call your doctor tomorrow and get the perscription clarified. Four sounds real low and like I mentioned, I haven't heard too many people who have a prescription that low. If it is indeed 4 cm, tell the doctor that it isn't working for you. Doctors can prescribe minor changes to pressures without a follow up study. I would think that you should be bumped up to about 6 cm and see how you do. If the doctor can order that for you it is just a matter of taking the machine to the supplier (DME dealer) and have them make the change to the pressure.
