DME is 'Durable Medical Equipment' (dealer). If you had a sleep study done at a local lab, those folks may be able to change the pressure for you so you wouldn't have to mail it anywhere, assuming the doctor goes along with it. Otherwise, you could start a business relationship with a local provider (DME) by purchasing a new mask and ask them to provide a prescription change as a gratuity to the sale.
