During my titration study, it required 4 to keep me breathing during early sleep. Just prior to awakening, the pressure to keep me breathing had climbed to 15. The technician indicated that this was unusual in his experience (over 5 years of running this particular sleep lab.) The machine was originally set at 8-16. I informed them of my difficulty exhaling and they reset the lower limit to 4. BTW The therapy is definitely helping, I'm much less tired. I am not as sleepy when I go to bed, so I am more aware of the "interference" with exhaling.
