If you're having trouble breathing out against the therapy pressure that is helpful to you otherwise, you should switch to the Respironics Remstar Auto w/ C-Flex. The Remstar with C-Flex will relax the exhale pressure as well as keeping the auto-adjusting feature in place. The ResMed machine doesn't have the combined features.
