I also felt better on Autopap but it took me a year and 3 sleep studies to convince my dr. to write a script. It took a strong letter from me to my insurance to get them to approve it. I kept records, cited research, etc. I also used info from my sleep studies.

If it is working for you, go for it! Nothing is more important than your health.

Btw-expect some fluctuation in how well you feel. Even on apap I have good days and bad days, but lots more good days than ever before.
