oh oh - I've got SEVERE apnea (AHI 88.0) - and I was looking at new APAPs - particularly because of the recording capabilities. Are you saying that I could be better off with my old-school RemStar?

BTW - I travel alot (more than 300 days a year) the auto setting, auto compensating features looked attractive too...
