I think all Remstar autos will be equiped with C-Flex in the future. The C-Flex mode can be adjusted to 3 levels, or turned off completely by the clinician.

The C-Flex feature in both the auto and standard Respironics CPAP's has been a sucess for most people. This is evidenced by the fact the the newest ResMed flow generators have a new similar feature, called ERP. However, if you are doing well on your older Remstar, and it is not broken, I would see no reason why you would need to upgrade.
